The most valuable things to do with COHORT, step by step.
Digitize a lab PDF in 60 seconds
Health → Labs → Add → drop the PDF → values appear pre-filled → scan the flags, confirm → save. Every marker joins its timeline; out-of-range ones surface under Experiments → Find; any experiment waiting for one of these readings completes automatically. The file itself is deleted — only your values remain.
Keep the context of a run
- Today → Add a question in either half of the check-in → pick Any alcohol today, Stress level or anything else from the library, or write your own
- Answer honestly while the run lasts — one tap a day
- The experiment page shows your answers under "Journal during this run", so you can see what else was going on
Run a curated experiment properly
- Pick one under Experiments → Find and press Start experiment; COHORT warns you if another running experiment targets the same marker
- Its doses appear on Today (your check-offs are the adherence record)
- When the run ends, the result computes itself from the endpoint reading (your wearable's, or a lab value you log with Log on the experiment page or upload in Health → Labs): the change and a confidence grade
Get your history into the record without typing
- Upload old lab reports via Health → Labs → Add — you confirm every value, the file is deleted
- Add surgery reports and doctors' letters via Health → Medical records — sanitized text in, original deleted
Pause a supplement without losing history
Health → Supplements → the supplement → Pause (pick until-when). It disappears from Today for the window and returns automatically.
Morning routine in 20 seconds
Install COHORT to your home screen, enable reminders → the morning push lands → tap into Today → tick off your morning stack and add a line to the day note if you slept badly.
