Your health record
Labs, microbiome, medical records, stack, medications, history.
Health is the context behind every experiment — organized as Profile & goals, What you take, Tests & results, Tracking & devices, and Insights & notes.
Labs
Upload any lab report (PDF or photo) with Add — the markers are read automatically, mapped onto a 200+ marker catalog, and you confirm every value before anything saves. Units convert to canonical automatically; suspicious readings get flagged for your attention. The original file is deleted as soon as it has been read — only the values you confirm stay.
Every marker gets a timeline: tap one for its full history, reference ranges, and any experiments that targeted it. Flags use either your lab's reference range or COHORT's target range, with reference notes in each marker's info popover — your choice under Settings → Lab ranges. Under COHORT's target range, a hormone's row in your marker list shows its standard reference range with no flag. Below your markers, Markers you haven't tested lists markers with a defined optimal range that you haven't tested yet.
Gut microbiome
Upload the report, get diversity metrics, composition, and notes on notable organisms — what your report shows and what research associates with it. (For female members, the Cycle & vaginal section handles vaginal microbiome reports, where the interpretation logic is inverted — Lactobacillus dominance is the usual finding there.)
Medical records
Surgery reports, discharge summaries, imaging, doctors' letters. These are stored sanitized: the health content is extracted as plain text, you review exactly what's kept ("Removed: 2 names · 1 address · 1 phone"), and your original file is permanently deleted with a visible receipt. Expand any record to read it in place.
Supplements & medications
Your stack with doses, timing, brands, and per-product components (the K2 inside your D3 — so you can see double-dosing across blends). Supplements can be paused (cycled off) — they vanish from Today until the pause ends. You can give any product a custom display name. Medications carry what-they-treat.
Medical history & past attempts
Structured conditions, allergies, and family history. Past attempts ("tried X, didn't help") keep a record of what you've already tried.
